By using magnet healing on specific points a whole range of common ailments can be treated such as back pain, sciatica, arthritis, rheumatism and sports injuries.

When the magnet is placed on and around the affected area any soft tissue will lengthen and help to relax the ligament or muscle that has been damaged or traumatised. Usually an injured site on the body, whether it be a sports injury or arthritis, is surrounded by swelling and inflammation. When a magnet is placed on the area and the muscle and tissue relaxes the blood flow that has been blocked from the damaged site is then allowed in and the body can start its own healing.

This means the body then ‘kick starts’ its own beta-endorphin (pain relieving) system.

The second way that magnets can be used on the body is to generally improve the flow of blood around the whole body. This is achieved when the molecules in the blood react to the magnetic energy field produced by the magnets.

Now is a crossroads time for all relationships.

Firstly, this is partly because Mars is transiting through the Vedic sign of Leo for an exceptionally long period from Nov 1st 2011 to 22nd June 2012. Those with key planets in Vedic Leo may have become very aggressive since November. There may have been harsh actions or destruction. But Mars goes Retrograde (has backwards direction) in the heavens from 24th January to 14th April. This will give us a time to reflect on the way we are using our Mars – and prepare for the months after that when Mars goes Direct again! Maybe we will handle our Mars energies better? MARS:

Leo is a strong sign and this can lead to fiery actions, arguing and destructive speech. This is especially true if you have malefic planets in the Vedic sign of Leo such as Mars or Saturn – or Pluto or Uranus of course. You may therefore need to apologise now for what you said or did.

There is potential now for big improvements in the way you speak or the way you react to or handle people, and for the way you understand and handle your more aggressive principles or patterns or ways of speaking or behaving.

Remember, Mars is in this area of the chart, on and off, for a long time – certainly up to June 2012.

Secondly: SATURN AND VENUS: The call to love is actually very great now. This is because Saturn is in the Vedic sign of Libra (Saturn entered Libra in mid November 2011, and stays there for two and a half years) and Venus is in the Vedic sign of Capricorn. The point is this: As Venus is in a sign ruled by Saturn and as Saturn is in a sign ruled by Venus, this is a call to sober commitment in love and to fair balance in relationships. Saturn is about responsibility, karma, hard lessons and limitations or separation; Venus is about enjoyment, love and sex.

In fact the whole two-and-a-half-year transit of Saturn through Libra will be calling us to make our relationships fairer and more balanced. There is potential for big improvements in our relationships, now and for the next couple of years – a special focus!!

We are now called to let go of patterns and scripts that harm our relationships – our love relationships and, indeed, any relationship. All of our relationships affect everyone else. If you have a bad relationship with someone, it colours your consciousness and your whole life, and everyone else whom you deal with!

You can see that Venus is in Vedic Capricorn ruled by Saturn, and that Saturn is in Vedic Libra ruled by Venus. Venus and Saturn are therefore in a condition called ‘mutual exchange’.

Note that Mars as at the end of Vedic Leo, but Mars will soon retrograde and go through Leo again, and then for a second time in the Summer. Take heed of this advice if you need to!!
